The number that matters is what actually lands in your account, so that's the one we manage to. You're billed exactly what the cleaner is paid — no markup on cleaning. We carry the Washington lodging-tax registration and handle the filings, so that envelope never lands on your kitchen table. Each month you get a clear statement and a consolidated payout that ties to it, line by line. And the fee math really is short enough for a napkin — bring one to coffee and Katie will draw it for you before you commit to anything.

Katie Mettler is the host your guests will know by name. A dedicated professional cleaner handles every turnover. We're local to the Mt. Rainier corridor — when your cabin needs eyes on it, we go look. We don't open a ticket.
